Brad Tuppack
Founder & Director
Brad Tuppack is the Founder and Director of Nexgen Lending and brings more than 18 years of experience across mortgage broking, accounting, and financial services. With a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Financial Planning) and a decade of experience running Nexgen Lending, Brad has built a reputation for delivering lending strategies that are smarter, clearer, and aligned with clients’ long-term goals.
Before establishing Nexgen Lending, Brad worked extensively in accounting and financial planning environments, giving him a unique ability to understand how lending, cash flow, structures, and broader financial strategies work together. While Brad does not provide tax or financial advice, he collaborates closely with accountants, financial planners, and other advisers to ensure clients receive lending solutions that complement their overall financial plan.
Brad is known for his calm, strategic approach and his ability to simplify complex situations—particularly for self-employed clients, property investors, and SMSF borrowers. His clients value his transparency, attention to detail, and the genuine care he takes in guiding them through every stage of their lending journey.
Above all, Brad’s focus is on helping clients build wealth safely and sustainably through well-structured lending decisions and long-term strategic thinking.
Outside of work, Brad loves the outdoors, whether it’s fishing, camping, or spending time at the beach with his family. When he’s not chasing fish or daylight, he’s cheering from the sidelines at netball. Brad proudly sponsors two local netball teams and attends so many of his daughter’s games and training sessions that he’s considering adding “assistant coach” to his resume (despite having no official coaching skills whatsoever).
Jake
Finance Specialist
Jake brings over 10 years of banking and finance experience, having worked across multiple areas of the lending process, including credit assessment, customer support, and loan management. His background gives him a strong understanding of how lenders think and how to guide clients through even the most complex scenarios.
Jake is known for being steady, reliable, and clear in his communication. He takes the time to understand each client’s situation, explain their options simply, and support them confidently through every step, whether it’s their first home or their fifth. He prides himself on doing what he says he will do and delivering a smooth, stress-free experience.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys family time, tackling DIY projects around the house, and unwinding with a good game. His friendly, down-to-earth approach makes him easy to work with and a trusted partner on your lending journey.
Lei
Broker Support & Client Care Specialist
Lei has worked in the Australian finance industry since 2017, with a strong focus on mortgage lending and Broker Support since 2019. She brings excellent knowledge of lender processes, documentation, and credit requirements, ensuring every application moves smoothly from start to finish.
Lei is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to keep clients updated and confident throughout the entire loan journey. Her calm, organised approach makes her a reliable point of contact for clients and an invaluable support to the Nexgen Lending team. Lei values Nexgen Lending’s transparent, integrity-driven culture and loves being part of a team that genuinely puts clients first.
Outside of work, Lei is a proud fur mum to six dogs; two Pomeranians and four Shih Tzus and loves spending time with them. She also enjoys cooking and unwinding with mobile and console games.
